The live page, as of 27 October 2026.
Each library entry explains what a proposal does, what Wisconsin law says today, and where the state stands against the rest of the country. Every entry starts with the bottom line, cites a source for each claim, and shows the date it was last checked against the record.
Two entries open the library. UCC Article 12 covers the 2022 update to the commercial code that lets digital assets be owned, sold and pledged as collateral under clear rules. Thirty-six states and the District of Columbia have adopted it, according to the Uniform Law Commission’s enactment table. Wisconsin has not. National Model Legislation compares six model state bills from The Digital Chamber with current Wisconsin law.
Library entries explain. They do not take positions.
