WDBC is a nonpartisan 501(c)(6) business league for the people who build and run Wisconsin’s digital economy: digital assets, AI, data centers, privacy, cybersecurity and quantum. We work for growth and for the protections that keep it trusted, in the same breath. Members get every bill graded and briefed, bottom line first.
Track
Every digital-economy bill in the Wisconsin Legislature, graded by pillar and sourced to the official record, with Intelligence Briefings for members on what each one means.
Inform
Nonpartisan civic education: who represents you, which committees are drafting what, and where the public record lives. Know what is being drafted, before it is final.
Convene
Public forums, on the record, from Milwaukee to Wausau: founders, institutions and public officials in one room before the rules are final.

Where the rules get written
Over the next two sessions this building will decide how Wisconsin treats digital assets, artificial intelligence, data privacy, and the infrastructure underneath all three. Those statutes get drafted whether or not the businesses they govern are in the room.
WDBC is how they get in the room: with tracked bills, sourced research, and positions that hold up to scrutiny.

Every corner of the state
Where a bad rule hits hardest
Wisconsin’s economy is going digital in every sector at once: a dairy operation running herd analytics, a machine shop quoting jobs out of a cloud system, a clinic reading scans against a model trained somewhere else, a freight yard tracking loads by the minute. This is not one industry asking for rules. It is the whole state economy already running on software, with the statutes still catching up.
That change reaches the places that rarely get a hearing first, and those are the places a bad rule hits hardest.
