Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
Who these terms are with
These terms govern your use of wdbc.io and the services offered through it. Wisconsin Digital Business Council (“WDBC,” “we,” “us”) is a registered DBA of Wisconsin Blockchain Business Council, Inc., a Wisconsin nonprofit corporation and 501(c)(6) business league. All memberships, dues, sponsorships, and agreements described on this site are entered into with Wisconsin Blockchain Business Council, Inc.
By accessing or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Civic engagement tools
WDBC provides tools for contacting Wisconsin state legislators. Messages you send through our platform represent your personal views as a constituent — not the position of WDBC, its members, or its board. You are responsible for the content of anything you send.
You agree not to use these tools to send unlawful, harassing, or knowingly false content, and not to use automated tools to send messages in bulk. We may suspend access for conduct that violates these terms or that puts our relationship with legislative offices at risk.
Membership accounts
Membership accounts are for the individual or organization named on the account. Sharing login credentials is prohibited. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
Membership levels, dues, billing periods, and renewal terms are described at the point of purchase and are payable to Wisconsin Blockchain Business Council, Inc. You may cancel future renewals at any time from your account. Dues paid to a 501(c)(6) business league are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes; they may be deductible as an ordinary business expense — consult your tax advisor.
Nonpartisan position
WDBC is nonpartisan. Our research, bill scoring, and briefings are published as informational analysis for members, lawmakers, and the public. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, investment, or tax advice, and no bill score or briefing should be read as an endorsement of any candidate or party.
Content and accuracy
We work to keep legislative information accurate and sourced to the official record at the Wisconsin State Legislature, but we make no warranty that the site is error-free or current at any given moment. The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by Wisconsin law, WDBC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Site content, marks, and the WDBC name are the property of Wisconsin Blockchain Business Council, Inc. You may quote and share our published research with attribution.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
