The Digital Chamber has published a model-legislation library for the states
Six model bills with drafting guides attached. Wisconsin should know what they say before a version of one arrives here.
The Digital Chamber State Network — which describes itself as “the unified platform advancing digital asset policy and financial innovation across U.S. states” — maintains a public model-legislation library. The Network states that it provides “model legislation, policy guidance, and supporting resources to help states address emerging policy challenges.”
The library is organised into five policy areas: Digital Assets, AI, Digital Identity, Stablecoins and Money Transmission. Each entry links both to the bill text and to a policy drafter guide.
Why this matters here
Most of what decides Wisconsin digital policy is not written in Wisconsin, and model text is the vehicle that carries an argument from one capitol to the next. A library like this one is the earliest published warning of what a bill introduced in Madison next session is likely to look like, clause for clause — which is exactly what our legislative tracker exists to catch.
