Wisconsin at the DC Blockchain Summit
A Community Partner of The Digital Chamber, in the room where federal digital-asset policy gets argued.
The Wisconsin Blockchain Business Council took part in The Digital Chamber’s DC Blockchain Summit in Washington on 17–18 March 2026, as a Community Partner.
The Digital Chamber is the largest blockchain trade association in the United States, and the Summit is where federal policy for this industry is argued in front of the people who write it. For a state council, the value is not the panels: it is finding out what is coming before it arrives in Madison.
How we got there: the State Network Microgrants Program
WBBC took part through the Chamber’s State Network Microgrants Program, which funds state organizations to lead locally driven blockchain policy work. Each grantee receives $2,000, Summit access, and a platform to present its work.
Two thousand dollars does not fund an advocacy program. What it buys is standing: a seat in the national conversation that a Wisconsin council would otherwise have to purchase at full price.
