The Council’s bylaws are being restated in full

The bylaws adopted in March 2025 were written for the Wisconsin Blockchain Business Council. They predate the Council’s transition to the Wisconsin Digital Business Council, its two-pillar policy agenda, and its current governance. They no longer describe how the Council is run, and publishing them here would misstate it.

A complete restatement is before the Board of Directors. It will be published on this page once adopted, together with the governance policies adopted alongside it.

What governs membership in the meantime

Membership is governed by our Terms of Service and by the membership terms presented at the point of purchase. Those documents are current.

The Council is a Wisconsin nonstock corporation and a 501(c)(6) business league. Wisconsin Digital Business Council is the operating name of Wisconsin Blockchain Business Council, Inc.

Members, prospective members and journalists who would like to see the bylaws currently in force may request a copy at team@wdbc.io. We would rather send you the document with an explanation of what is changing than leave a superseded version standing here as though it were current.
